Abstract
Comprises the Scottish Government's infrastructure investment plan (IIP), which discusses the role of infrastructure in recovering from the Covid-19 pandemic and is based around three themes: enabling the transition to net zero emissions and environmental sustainability; driving inclusive economic growth; and building resilient and sustainable places.
