Abstract
Addresses the common hazards related to electrical operated tumble dryers. Both intended for use by trained users, such as a hotel, or for commercial use in an area open to the public and operated by lay persons e.g. in laundrettes. Their rated voltage being not more than 250 V for single phase and 480 V for others. Additionally the dryers may have a refrigerating system, incorporating sealed motor-compressors, and may use flammable refrigerants.
