Abstract
Looks at common issues of masonry-clad steel-framed buildings of the late 1800s through to the 1950s, such as cracking, displacement and spalling when steelwork corrodes. Explores applying CP to heritage buildings, examples, issues, planning considerations and the benefits of adopting the NACE standard.
