Abstract
Provides guidance on the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/50). The Regulations came into force on 1 April 2022 and prescribe the fees for planning applications made on or after that date. Covers: scope of fees, exemptions, reduced fees, discretionary fees, collection of fees, calculation of fees, categories of fees, mixed category applications, advertisements, prior approval determinations, fees for applications for certificates of lawful use or development and enquiries.
