Abstract

Relates to electric room heaters used in household and similar purposes where the rated voltage does not exceed 250 V for single-phase appliances and 480 V for other appliances. Areas covered include requirements, classification, marking and instructions, heating, heater construction, resistance to heat, fire and rusting and other hazards.
