Gives guidance on the use of the UK government's Simplified Building Energy Model (SBEM) and other approved software tools comprising the National Calculation Methodology (NCM) in Wales.

Supersedes National Calculation Methodology (NCM) modelling guide (for buildings other than dwellings in Wales). 2014 edition. Updated March 2018 (Welsh Government, 2018). Came into force 29 March 2023. SBEM software is not included.
