Abstract
Provides notes for guidance for preparing contracts to be used for construction, improvement or maintenance of highway works. Provides information for site records, location of lighting units, change of lighting arrangements, temporary lighting, luminaires, lamps, control units, shorting plugs, time switches, ballasts, ignition for discharge lamps, feeder pillars, wiring and earthing, inspection and testing.
