Abstract

Provides guidance for responsible bodies to identify RAAC and appoint a surveyor or engineer, and detailing follow on actions. Includes appendices for the DfE assessment survey, gathering information and access requirements. Covers the potential risks of RAAC, summarises the guidance stages, explains what RAAC is, how to identify and where to look, how to appoint an appropriately qualified building surveyor or structural engineer and what actions need to be taken.
