Abstract
Relates to proposals to increase building warrant fees, deemed necessary to enable improvements to the building standards system in Scotland. The consultation summarises the current building warrant fees system, including fees for high risk buildings, and looks at how changes to the building standards system will be implemented. It also covers building standard enforcement and devolved building warrant fees.
