Abstract
This draft Approved Document T includes the proposed changes to building regulations relating to toilet accommodation. Sets out the requirements, application, guidance and performance and design considerations. Details are given for 4 types: Type A - ambulant universal toilet, Type B - universal toilet, Type C - ambulant single-sex toilet cubicle (not self-contained) and Type D - single-sex toilet cubicle (not self-contained).
