Abstract
Comprises guidance to assist Responsible Persons in identifying what is required as a result of the changes made to the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 through the Building Safety Act 2022. Discusses: buildings the new fire safety requirements apply to; background to Section 156 of the Building Safety Act 2022; duties for all Responsible Persons; duties for Responsible Persons for buildings which contain 2 or more sets of domestic premises; and other changes to fire safety legislation.
