Provides guidance on reporting incidents or risks of structural failure and spread of fire in higher-risk buildings for principal designers and principal contractors. Covers: building safety occurrences; what must be reported to the Building Safety Regulator; examples of what must be reported; when to report; how to report; after making a report; and checking if a change control application is also needed.
