Abstract
Provides recommendations in the areas of voice alarm system design, installation, commissioning and maintenance. These systems automatically broadcast speech or warning tones when responding to signals from associated fire detection and fire alarm systems. Relevant also to systems which include a manual facility for transmission of live emergency broadcasts and pre-recorded messages in emergencies.
