Abstract
Sets out the third annual delivery plan for Scotland's National Transport Strategy for the period 2023 to 2024. Details progress since 2022 and then discusses how the strategy's four priorities of reducing inequalities, taking climate action, delivering inclusive economic growth, improving health and wellbeing can be delivered.
