Abstract
The 2023 future homes consultation looks at changes to Part 6, Part L and Part F of building regulations, relating to conservation of fuel and power and ventilation in dwellings and non-domestic buildings, as well as looking at previous changes relating to overheating contained in Part O. This draft guidance document sets out variables for notional dwellings with 2 notional options included, along with the category and description.
