Abstract
The 2023 future homes consultation looks at changes to Part 6, Part L and Part F of building regulations, relating to conservation of fuel and power and ventilation in dwellings and non-domestic buildings, as well as looking at previous changes relating to overheating contained in Part O. Provides guidance for installing smart meters in new build domestic premises, covering the location, design principles, spacing, communications issues arising from materials that might block signals, and logistics
