Accompanies the Welsh Transport Appraisal Guidance (WelTAG), developed with the intention that it is applied to all transport strategies, plans and schemes being promoted or requiring funding from the Welsh Government. Contains advice on preparing an engagement plan detailing how and when stakeholders will be involved during the WelTAG process.
