Accompanies the Welsh Transport Appraisal Guidance (WelTAG), developed with the intention that it is applied to all transport strategies, plans and schemes being promoted or requiring funding from the Welsh Government. Contains a model brief to assist with commissioning WelTAG studies from consultants, setting out the scope of the work required.
