Accompanies the Welsh Transport Appraisal Guidance (WelTAG), developed with the intention that it is applied to all transport strategies, plans and schemes being promoted or requiring funding from the Welsh Government. Contains guidance on which classification of WelTAG to use - WelTAG lite, WelTAG Standard or WelTAG Plus.
