Abstract
Applies to electrically operated commercial refrigerating appliances and ice-makers where either a motor-compressor forms part of the appliance or there are two units to be assembled to form a single appliance. Covers safety requirements discussing areas such as classification, marking, construction of appliances, internal wiring, earthing and resistance to heat, fire and rusting.
