Abstract
Provides the consultation analysis of responses for the July-October 2023 consultation, looking at using increases in building warrant fees to fund improvements to the building standards system in Scotland. The 5 main concerns in the consultation covered: building warrant fees, high risk buildings (HRBs), enforcement, devolved fees and impacts.
