Abstract
It is essential that employers provide adequate and appropriate first-aid equipment, facilities and personnel so that employees receive immediate attention if injured or they take ill at work. This document assists employers in identifying and selecting a competent training provider to deliver first-aid training identified by a first-aid needs assessment.
