Abstract
Details the procedure for reporting incidents or risks of structural failure or the spread of the fire to the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) by principal designers, principal contractors and accountable persons. Covers: who is responsible for submitting mandatory occurrence notices and reports; what is to be reported to the BSR; duties of principal designers and principal contractors; duties of accountable persons; when to report to the BSR; how to report to the BSR; and what happens after a report has been submitted to the BSR.
