Provides guidance on the golden thread, detailing the information that clients, principal designers, principal contractors and accountable persons must keep about a higher-risk building. Covers: why information about a building must be kept; managing and storing the information; keeping information during design and construction of a higher-risk building; and keeping information when a building is occupied or could be occupied by residents.
