Explains the 12 healthy homes principles identified by the TCPA that all new housing developments must provide. Covers: fire safety; liveable space; inclusive, accessible and adaptable; access to natural light; reductions in carbon emissions; access to amenities and transport; safety from crime; climate resilient; prevent air pollution; limit light and noise pollution; thermal comfort; affordable and secure.
