Abstract

Describes the most popular type of socket anchor used in concrete for the suspension of services. New developments in the designs of drop-in anchors which have broadened their applications and made installation easier and safer are described. Important aspects of selection and installation are fully detailed along with the two ETAGs which cover these fixings.
