Abstract
Details product and performance requirements, classification, assessment, testing, installation, maintenance, marking and labelling for smoke barriers used in smoke and heat control systems. Applies to installed systems, rather than those that are part of the building structure. Covers only those smoke barriers where calculations have been made to determine the smoke leakage rate and that they are sufficiently fixed and guided on any free joint between two adjacent smoke barriers.
