Abstract
Provides guidance for accountable persons of high-rise residential buildings to manage risks. Looks at: taking all reasonable steps, checking existing safety measures, safety management system, changes to the building and refurbishment, keeping information about risk prevention and protective measures, stopping or reducing the likelihood of risk and reducing the severity of an incident if one occurs.
