Abstract
Relevant to instrument transformers which are newly manufactured, with analogue or digital output and a nominal voltage higher than 1 kV AC or 1,5 kV DC, to be used with electrical measuring instruments or electrical protective devices which have rated frequencies in the range of 15 Hz to 100 Hz.
