Abstract

Applicable for use by employers with a regular flow of maintenance, minor and improvement works, to be carried out by a single contractor during specified time periods and under a single contract. Can also be used for work that is instructed periodically and is measured and valued on the basis of an agreed schedule of rates, and where a contract administrator is to administer the conditions.
