Abstract
The National Light Gauge Steelwork Specification aims to standardize Project Specifications for Light-Gauge Steel Frames, ensuring it can be easily incorporated into contract documentation to set acceptable standards for the design, manufacture, and installation of such buildings. Covering information requirements for designers, manufacturers, and installers; materials and responsible sourcing; detailed workmanship guidelines for general practices, welding, fastening, and installation, and accuracy standards.
