Abstract
Can be used where the employer incentivises the contractor with a target cost and difference sharing arrangement; the contractor is responsible for the design and completing the works; the target cost is agreed and the employers requirements are prepared by the contractor; the contractor is paid allowable costs together with a contract fee; and is suitable for private and public sector projects.
