Abstract
Relates to Alreflex ZebraFloor and ZebraFloor Eco, comprising rigid expanded polystyrene (EPS) top-sheets and infill planks, for use as insulation elements in suspended beam-and-block concrete ground floor systems. The systems are certified for domestic ground floor use only. Key factors assessed were mechanical resistance and stability, safety in case of fire, hygiene, health and the environment, safety and accessibility in use, protection against noise, energy economy and heat retention, sustainable use of natural resources, durability.
