Provides guidance on consultation and publicising plans before applying for an Infrastructure Consent Order (ICO). Covers: pre-application documents, website publication, who should be notified of the pre-application consultation, if the development is located within the Welsh Marine Area, site and press notice requirements, public engagement event, applications with an Environmental Statement (ES), applications proposing compulsory acquisition of land and responses to pre-application consultation.
