Abstract
A tool to help municipalities regulate outdoor lighting to reduce glare, light trespass, and skyglow while ensuring safety. It utilizes five Lighting Zones (LZ0-LZ4) and the BUG (Backlight Uplight Glare) rating system to set maximum allowable lumen limits based on land use.
