Abstract
Intended to provide additional guidance on quality planning for site work. Describes the steps in the process and gives examples of a quality plan and an inspection, test and record sheet for part of a supposed contract. A possible organisation chart, indicating how the quality function is integrated into the site contract management structure as a whole, is also shown.
