Abstract
To help design personnel understand the requirements and improve their knowledge of the construction design and management (CDM) regulations. These regulations aim to improve health and safety procedures of construction sites. Areas covered include legal duties, hazard identification, risk assessment, prevention, protection, welfare, site layout, fire and emergency procedures.
