Abstract
Specifies requirements and test methods for unsintered polytetrafluoroethylene, (PTFE) tapes which are suitable for sealing threaded metallic joints. The maximum working pressure covered is 20 bar which is relevant to LPG storage (class C). The temperature range is limited to -20°C to 125°C.
