Launched in 1991, OFTEC is trade industry for the heating industry, representing oil storage, appliance and supply equipment manufacturers in the UK and the Republic of Ireland; and operating a UKAS accredited registration scheme for technicians involved in the installation and maintenance of oil, solid fuel, and renewable heating equipment and Part P electrical work.
