Abstract
The main purposes of this circular are to publish the Homes Insulation Scheme 1984, to issue the Homes Insulation Directions 1984, to draw local authorities attention to the Homes Insulation Grants Order 1984, and to inform authorities of proposals to improve the flow of information on the operation of the Scheme and of an increase in administration fees payable under Section 2(2) of the Homes Insulation Act 1978.
