Explains that three Acts: the Town and Country Planning Act 1990; the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservations Areas) Act 1999; and the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990, restate the existing law due to the fact that they consolidate existing town and country planning legislation.
