Abstract
Explains the provisions contained in the Rail Crossing Extinguishment and Diversion Orders, the Public Path Orders and the Definitive Maps and Statements (Amendment) Regulations 1995. Also provides further guidance on procedures concerned with modifying the rights of way network, in particular the use of combined powers to create, extinguish or divert public rights of way.
