Abstract
Intended primarily for developers and their advisers who propose projects which they have already agreed, or which the planning authority has directed, require Environmental Assessment. Its aim is to help them prepare good quality, objective Environmental Statements which, in turn, should help to speed and smooth the planning decision making process.
