Abstract
Relates to: acquisition of land for the purposes of Part V of the Housing Act, 1957; construction of new dwellings and hostels, including dwellings intended for sale either outright or on shared ownership terms; renovation, i.e. conversion, improvement and capitalised repair of the authority's own dwelling stock; and environmental works in local authority estates and; acquisition of dwellings for incorporation into the authority's own Part V stock (municipalisation).
