Abstract
Gives guidance to local housing authorities on the implementation of the changes to the repair notice procedure included in the Housing Act 1988, and explains the changes which have been made to the provisions relating to home improvement grants both in the 1988 Act itself and in the subsequent order (SI 1989/72).
