Abstract
The main purposes of this circular are to publish the Homes Insulation Scheme 1983, to issue the Homes Insulation Scheme Directions 1983; to draw local authorities attention to the Homes Insulation Grant Order 1983, and to inform authorities of an increase in administration fees payable under section 2(2) of the Homes insulation act 1978.
