Superseded in Wales only by Minerals Technical Advice Note 2: Coal (WAG, 2009) in respect of coal-related development - appendices a and b continue to remain in force in Wales. Annex 2 supersedes MPG 12: Treatment of disused mine openings and availability of information on mined ground (DOE, 1994).
