NBS BIM expertise at Glenigan Breakfast Briefing

Press Release
30 October 2014

Ian Chapman, Director of the NBS National BIM Library, will be among the speakers at an upcoming breakfast event hosted by construction industry analysts Glenigan.

Ian will discuss BIM adoption ahead of the government's 2016 industry target at the Glenigan Breakfast Briefing on Thursday 20 November.

Brandon Lewis, the Minister of State for Housing and Planning at the Department of Communities and Local Government, will deliver the keynote speech at the event, held at Bloomberg's European headquarters in London.

The theme of the briefing is 'Construction Opportunities for 2015' and Glenigan will be launching its Construction Prospects for 2015 report at the event.

Glenigan's Economics Director Allan Wilén will present his regional and sector forecasts for next year and guests will receive an exclusive copy of the report prior to its official industry release.

Don Ward, Chief Executive of Constructing Excellence, will be chairing the event, which provides an opportunity for professionals to come together and discuss their industry predictions for 2015.

Robert Davis, Glenigan Content Director, said: "With the general election set to dominate the political agenda next year, this event provides the perfect opportunity to hear from leading commentators on the implications for the construction industry in 2015.

"We are looking forward to meeting and sharing knowledge with professionals from across the construction industry at Bloomberg's impressive European headquarters."

Look out for full coverage of the briefing on Glenigan's Twitter, Google+ and YouTube channels.
