SanFoot® Real Wood Veneer, for architecturally inspired interiors, is a versatile material that can be applied directly to drywall or a range of composites in various applications. The slicing technology used to create this product means that the same volume of real wood veneer that once came from three trees now only requires one, maximising yields by approximately 300%. This sustainable wood solution encompasses the Japanese Mottainai culture, an idea of respecting resources and not wasting them, along with an inherent recognition of their value.
With its natural beauty, practical hard-wearing finish, over 100 real wood species, ability to custom stain and flexible application, this fire retardant material offers endless design possibilities.
Inspired Surfaces also provide the first carbon-neutral laminates to be supplied in the UK. The BioCarbon Laminates range is available in High Pressure Laminate (HPL), Solid Grade Laminate (SGL) and Liscio (smooth and matt finish) - all of which include built-in hygiene protection making them the material of choice in a range of industries and applications including educational furniture, IPS panels, tabletops, restrooms and office furniture.
The range has received third party recognition of environmental performance through a Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) from cradle-to-grave. The environmental impact and complete life cycle of the entire product portfolio is available for specifiers to view. Specifiers can trust that whilst the material is in our care, we can ensure that carbon neutrality of the panels are achieved cradle-to-gate through our Carbon Management Programme and be confident that they are making a sustainable choice.
