The Building Safety Act has introduced significant changes to the construction landscape, with new regulations designed to improve safety and accountability across all projects—not just higher-risk buildings (HRBs). All in the construction industry must understand their duties, maintain competence and ensure the compliance of their projects.

This panel discussion brings together experts from architecture, construction, and manufacturing to explore how the new building safety regime applies to everyday, non-HRB projects and processes. The session will address practical challenges faced by small and medium businesses and offer clear guidance on navigating the evolving regulatory framework.
